Our Journey
Even though our journey started off as a bit of a struggle, our team managed to come together and find a great cause.
Our Group Meeting #1
In meeting #1 we discussed which roles everyone will be playing and coming up with a cause we are all passionate about!
Group Meeting #2
In group meeting #2 we decided on doing Alzheimer's Society of Lanark County. In this meeting we discussed different fundraisers we would like to do to raise money and awareness for this cause.
Group Meeting #3
In group meeting #3 we talked about our plans on how to set up our blog and what ideas we had to fundraise. We also discussed setting up a meeting with the founder of the Alzheimer's Society of Lanark County and what date works with everyone.

On October 21, 2021 Our group met up with Bobbi-Jo the founder of the Alzheimer's Society of Lanark of County.

In this meeting, we discussed details about our upcoming Trivia Night Event! It's happening Nov. 9th from 6:00 till 9:00 pm. We will post about how our event went, in the next update!

Our Trivia Night, Turned out super successful. We managed to have 46 people show up to our event and we surpassed our goal of raising $500 dollars. Last Night we were able to collect $720 just from our 50/50 Raffle and our auction.

This is the photo of our Trivia Winners. They managed to score 17/30 in our Trivia questions and scored 5/5 in our bonus round. Good Job Team Lanark, They managed to win $150 but were generous enough to donate it back to our cause.
